How does it work?

Upload a clear photo of your pet, choose your art style, preview it on your product, and place your order. We handle the rest.

What kind of photo works best?

A well-lit, front-facing photo where your pet's face is clearly visible gives the best results. Try to avoid blurry or heavily shadowed images.

How long will my order take?

Each piece is made to order — please allow 2–5 business days for production, plus 3–7 business days for shipping within the US. You'll receive a tracking number as soon as it ships.

Can I feature more than one pet?

Absolutely. Email us at contact@aipawtrait.shop and we'll help you set up a multi-pet portrait.

What if something's wrong with my order?

If your item arrives damaged or misprinted, we'll reprint or refund it — just email a photo of the issue and your order number to contact@aipawtrait.shop within 14 days of delivery.
