Terms of service

Overview. These terms govern your use of the Pawtrait store and your purchase of our custom products. By placing an order you agree to them.

Custom products. All Pawtrait items are made to order based on the photo you upload and the style and size you select. Because they are personalized, orders cannot be cancelled or modified once production begins, and returns are governed by our Refund Policy.

Your photo. By uploading a photo you confirm that you own it or have the right to use it, and you grant us a limited license to process, edit, and reproduce it solely to create and fulfill your order (including processing by our AI and print partners). You keep all rights to your original photo. You agree not to upload images that are unlawful, infringing, or depict people without their consent.

Previews. The on-site preview is a close representation of your final product; minor differences in color and cropping can occur between screens and printed fabric.

Pricing & payment. Prices are shown in USD and include the product; shipping and any applicable taxes are shown at checkout. We may correct pricing errors and cancel affected orders with a full refund.

Liability. To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the affected order.
